Booking Information

We want to provide you exceptional service for your event. If you’re interested in reserving one of our entertainers  for your next event, please feel free to contact us directly at 317-745-7772 between noon and 9pm Monday-Friday.

A few helpful notes:

  • We reserve dates on a first come, first served basis. Popular dates do go fast and can book up to 9-12 months out.
  • Select the category of DJ your interested in.  You are guaranteed to receive the level of DJ you book. We assign events based on DJ and company seniority. You may also reserve the DJ of your choice for an additional $10 per hour. Upgrades may be made at any time prior to your event based on our availability and for the additional cost of your upgrade.
  • If you are interested in Live Entertainment, we will need to know what type of Live Entertainment you’re interested in as well as hours and location before we can quote you a price. Demo’s on our Live Entertainers are available upon request.
  • Once your selection is made, we will e-mail a contract to you and you entertainer will be placed on hold for 7 days. You MUST return your contract along with your deposit by it’s due date. Any discounts or special pricing offered by S.S.E. can only be used at the original time of contracting and may not be used with any changes made to a contract at a later date. (Deposits are usually $200 & goes toward your total booking price.) Hold times are not extended past their 7 day period.
  • Once we receive your contract and deposit, all the materials you will need to plan for your event will be e-mailed to you (event planner, our music database, and your contract confirmation). Your entertainer will also contact you once they are assigned to your event, to introduce themselves and to assist you with any planning needs.
  • All of your planning materials, balance payment, as well as any special music selections need to be completed and returned to our office 30 days prior to your event date so we have proper time to prepare for your event.
  • Once we receive your planning materials,  your DJ or Live Entertainer will contact you to go over all of the details and set up a timeline  for your event.
